Do prices vary by shipping location?
Yes, the price of some items offered online varies depending on your shipping address. Your postal code saved in your customer file serves as our shipping location. If your shipping location changes, please let us know.
What other costs could be charged?
Certain items sold by BLYacht.Inc are subject to volumetric fees and/or regulated material fees. Fees are variable and a minimum of $45 +tx. The amount and application vary by item, your postal code, and province. The weight, size and material of the items ordered can also influence the cost of transport. These fees are charged by carriers with whom we have a transportation agreement. They are collected by BLYacht.Inc for transportation companies. These variable costs are indicated in your basket before you proceed to checkout your order.

What taxes will I have to pay?
That's a great question about sales taxes! First, you should be aware that we require payment of all applicable federal and provincial taxes.
For items purchased from BLYacht Inc., we will calculate and charge all applicable taxes at the shipping address. This means that you pay the taxes that apply where you receive your purchase, not necessarily the taxes that apply where the item is purchased.
For example: if you have your order shipped to Ontario and you made your purchase from a computer in Quebec, the amount of taxes to be paid at checkout will be the Ontario sales tax. This applies across Canada.

Terms and conditions of the PRIORITY processing service:
1. If we have your entire order in stock, and it has been received by our staff before 11:00 am (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), it will be handed over to our carrier the same day to ensure fast delivery.

Terms and conditions of the Pick-up in Store service:
Select "Pick Up in Store" in your cart and your order will be prepared the same day.
The order will be packaged and pre-billed, ready for in-store pickup.
You will be able to take possession of it the same day, if we have your entire order in stock. A minimum of 3 hours may be required for preparation. Call us before you go.

The procedure for returning goods is very simple!
Simply contact the order office, by phone or by logging into your account to send us a ticket, as soon as possible to obtain a return merchandise authorization number, as well as instructions. This number will ensure that your items are exchanged or refunded quickly.
Return Information
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE PURCHASE INVOICE.
1. Non-refundable and non-exchangeable items:

2. Special order of a product not in regular inventory.
Parts that are not in regular inventory are non-refundable.
3. Defective, damaged goods.
If your package appears to have been damaged during delivery, mention this to the delivery person and indicate it on the delivery bill of lading. This information on the bill of lading is the only one that justifies that the package was damaged during delivery. In the event that the merchandise is defective or does not conform to your order, contact us as soon as possible to obtain your return number. We will then be able to take the necessary steps to correct the problem.
4. Reimbursement of delivery costs.
Shipping costs are only refundable in the case of non-conformance errors on the part of BLYacht Inc. Where the transportation costs of the return of goods are at our expense, you must contact us so that we can make an agreement on the means of returning the goods.
If an item was shipped without shipping charges and it is returned, the original shipping charges will be charged if the invoice amount is less than $100 before taxes.
5. Return of a product covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
Please note that the warranties on the products we sell are those offered by the manufacturers. Contact us by phone or by logging into your account to send us a ticket, so we can take the steps to enforce your warranty. Shipping costs are not refundable when it comes to manufacturer's warranties.

Sales Taxes
- In accordance with Canadian trade laws, we calculate and charge sales taxes based on the place of delivery. The GST and provincial tax are therefore calculated accurately. During your purchase process, in the shopping cart, select the province of delivery of your order and press recalculate in order to obtain a correct total amount.
- For all purchases outside of Canada, no sales tax will be added to your order total.
If there is an error in the calculation of the fees due to a handling error on your part or for any technical problem, we will inform you by post of the changes in the total amount of the order. You will then be able to confirm your order.

International shipments
Liquids, oversized items and hazardous materials cannot be shipped internationally.
All products in the catalogue or on the website are subject to weighing and measuring. This information allows us to provide you with an assessment of the transport costs. However, a disparity between the assessment and the actual costs is possible. If this difference is greater than 25% of the initial assessment, we will contact you to inform you of the difference.
Please note that a minimum amount of $100 CAD before shipping is required for all international orders.
Standard delivery (4 to 6 weeks for Europe) is also offered. An evaluation of transport costs is made on request.
