COVID-19 - A message from BLyacht to the attention of its customers

BLyacht remains open for the following services!

- Web orders and fast shipping service

- Phone orders and customer service

- Pick-up service at the door

Schedule of operations until February 8, 2021:

Monday to Friday

9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday

9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Please note that the access to the store will be closed to customers in order to comply with government requirements. 

Strict measures will be in place to ensure the health of employees and customers.

Friday April 17, 2020 - Update

Following the latest government announcements, Boulet Lemelin yacht will gradually reopen its operations.

Indeed, from Monday April 20, the boat yard will be open to the public while respecting the rules of social distancing recommended by the government.

Strict measures will be in place to ensure the health of employees and customers;

• Only one customer at a time will be allowed in the service office. Hand washing required.

• No customer will have access to the workshop.

• Disinfection of boats inside them during work.

• Wash hands and work surfaces periodically.

• Other measures which may be decreed by public authorities.

However, the store operations remain the same: the transactional website is still in operation and the customer service is operational to answer your calls. Shipments continue to be made every day.

As for the reopening of the store to customers, we are monitoring the situation carefully and will notify you as soon as there is a change.

March 24, 2020 - A message to our customers.  

Dear customers,

Following the recent government decisions and recommendations, our store will be now closed until further notice.

We will keep you informed of any changes to our operations. 

Our online store and our telephone service remain operational:

• The online sale is extended for an indefinite period.

• Shipments are made on a regular and rapid basis, and there is no shipping cost* for orders of $ 100 or more. *See conditions on our web site

• Delivery is FREE* for all local orders (Quebec region) over $ 50. *Please call 418-681-5655 to place your orders and find out all the details.

 The shipyard will only be opened to meet the needs of essential service companies.

• For any emergency, please contact François Lemelin at 418-520-2911.

We will work with reduced staff to limit the risks of spread and the increased sanitary measures will be maintained, while offering you a quality service continuously.

Dear clients,

In the current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic where the situation is in constant development, Boulet Lemelin yacht wishes to inform its customers that we will put all efforts in order to help limit the spread of this virus. The health and well being of our customers and employees is a priority for us. This is why we have implemented preventive and concrete measures to contain the situation.   

To do this, additional hygiene measures were put forward:    

• Employees will wash their hands upon entering work and do so regularly throughout the day 

• All work surfaces will be disinfected daily, repeatedly 

• All electronic devices and supplies (keyboards, payment terminals, etc.) will undergo the same rigorous treatment 

• Employees with flu-like symptoms will be asked to stay home to limit the risk of possible transmission. 

For the moment, the store remains open without change during normal business hours. 

Our fast and economical delivery system is always in operation and allows you to receive your orders at your home in a short time.    

Boulet Lemelin yacht will be on the lookout for any announcements made by governments and will follow government directives and recommendations.
